DAY 3- 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop


WELCOME TO DAY THREE!!!

This hop will take place from November 24th through December 5th.

 Today I am sharing a couple simple cute little ornaments. Once again, taking something simple and blinging it up. I added some Stardust Pen accents, stickles and Dew Drops to these.

TODAY IS DAY TWO!! Today I am once again sharing two cute little cards with you. I have been trying to get out some of the things I have purchased over the years and use them! I am sure so many of you have things stashed away until you "get around to them!" So I decided that this hop is a good way for me to get some of those things out and done. The cards I am sharing today are from a Basic Grey card kit. I don't like to do exactly what they show you. I like to bling and bobble things up a little. I hope these cards show you how you can take a basic kit and put your own twist on it!!

I'm so glad you stopped by my blog. I hope something you see today will inspire you to get out there and get crafty!!

Last year my daughter moved to Oregon. In the spring of this year she got very ill and was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks. I talked to her regularly, but was still very upset that I could not be with her. My father finally came through for me and purchased me a plane ticket and I was able to fly out and be with her. She was out of the hospital by the time I got there. I took her around to do some short day trips to help her rebuild her strength and improve her mental spirits. One of the days we went to the Pacific Ocean. It was the first time she had put her feet in the Pacific Ocean. It was very cold. My layout is a photo that she took of me freezing my tootsie's off.

You can find crinkly ribbon and silver thread like I used in my layout over at 3 Girl Jam!!


I am so thankful that my daughter made a full recovery. And I am also thankful that my father was able to help me by getting me a plane ticket to be able to be with her!!! I love my daughter and my father (and all of my family!!) so much. I am thankful for every day I get to spend with them!!
