Birthday Cards I made today

So here is my first attempt at a B'day card using a vintage image I downloaded today! I like the way it came out.

This is a really cute B'day card I made for a girlfriend!

Thanks so much to you vintage people!

Ok I have to post and say that all you ladies that got me into the vintage images....I WILL FIND YOU!

What have you done to me! UGH!! I have a huge collection of free images I have now downloaded. I have spent hours and hours roaming around the internet and finding them!

I totally blame this on all of you!

I am off to print some and then make a birthday card with one of the cutest images!!

A few Layouts I did today

I worked on some layouts for my mother-in-law's Mediterranean Cruise book again. These are the title page and the around the ship photos.
They are simple, but they will look great with the other pages we did a couple of months ago. She is bringing her album this weekend and I am hoping we will be able to get it finished up for her very soon.

Filming at Above Rubies Studio

We were so busy, someone had to make sure I got dinner! It's a good thing my sweet Jennabean was looking out for me!

It was a fun few days in PA. We did a lot of filming! Thought I'd share a down time photo! Trying to get our filming mojo back!

It was a great trip! Long drive home! Didn't get home until 2:30am! AND then we were sick the following day! But it was WORTH IT!
Loved spending time with Megan and Sean! The little ones are huggable and squeezable!!

Got a day to go into the city! We went to the Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower)! It was amazing! 103 stories!

At the top you look out over the city of Chicago and far beyond! It was a beautiful clear day (slight haze), but gorgeous none the less!

CHA was a blast. I didn't take many photos. I am going to have to get a few from my friend Teresa! She has lots of good ones. Megan has same fab ones too!
It was great making new friends---HI GENNA!!
Already looking forward to some great things for the second half of the year. Got some cool ideas for our booth in LA!

Traveling and Prepping for CHA!

Well we are here in Chicago. Megan and I have been playing Beauty Parlor...as Tracy has said! LOL! Megan painted my toes with Cricut Heads. She also highlighted my hair for me!! SHE IS A GREAT STYLIST!! I will show a photo of my new color tomorrow!

We left Florida at 7pm Sunday night. We decided to drive straight through! I got about 4 hours of sleep on and off in the van. It took a little over 18 hours to get here.
I wanted to share a few of the sights from the drive.
This is a wind farm! It was TOTALLY COOL! There were 100s of these windmills and more were being built.

This is the sunrise in Indiana. So beautiful!!

The sunset leaving Florida!!

Layouts from my crop

Here are three layouts that I completed at a crop I went to this week. It felt good to get some layouts done. I have been working non-stop on GIBBS (a secret sister type swap), that I have hardly had time to put any photos of my own onto some pages!

I love this pink layout. I used the Slice to cut the swinging bassinet, title and numbers all from the Nursery Rhyme disc.

This layout I used the Slice for the title and the flower.

This layout is using rub-ons and some accents from Memory Makers that I purchased at Big Lots for $1.00. The large yellow piece in the center is cut with the Cricut using the Once Upon a Princess cartridge.
