Hoot Birthday Card-Challenge Entry

I made this adorable card for a friend. I think it came out so cute!

SUPPLIES:
Stampin' Up Owl Punch
DCWV Polka Dot Paper
Alphabet- Studio G Wooden
Zva Creative- Pearls
Tim Holtz- Distress Ink- Antique Linen
Faux Stitching- Zig Pen- Pure Brown
Scotch Tape Runner
Foam Pop Dots

LITTLE OWLS- paper is bazzill, they are a Stampin' Up punch
